The Retreat Experience
A Spacious Environment for Reflection and Renewal
Casa de Vida Nueva offers thoughtfully structured retreats designed to support rest, reflection, and personal discernment. Our retreats provide space — not prescriptions — and are held in a calm, nature-immersed setting that allows each guest to engage at their own pace.
We do not promise outcomes, define experiences, or direct personal processes. What unfolds is personal, individual, and shaped by each guest’s own intentions and readiness.
What to Expect
Each retreat follows a gentle rhythm rather than a rigid schedule. Days are intentionally unhurried and may include:
-
Quiet mornings and personal reflection
-
Time in nature
-
Optional group conversation or prayer (only if requested)
-
Shared meals and unstructured rest
-
Space for journaling, contemplation, or solitude
Activities are invitational and vary by retreat and location. Guests are free to participate as much or as little as they choose, or simply rest.
